Welcome to the Aimhigher Kent and Medway Partnership Employers (AHKM) site. AHKM is a partnership between schools, colleges and higher education (HE) institutions working to inspire, motivate and enable young people to access HE and gain the higher level skills necessary for today’s workplace.
HE equips individuals with the knowledge and skills to develop new products, systems and services. The analytical skills developed through HE will deliver a more informed workforce that can sell ideas to clients in a way that is powerful and persuasive. Our aim is to raise employers’ awareness of how HE can help develop their business and build a workforce that is highly-skilled, knowledgeable, flexible and dynamic.
