The Aimhigher Kent and Medway Partnership has developed a toolkit to support practitioners and academic staff who wish to raise their students' skills levels.
The FE to HE Transition Toolkit comprises lesson plans, student notes and supporting background material. If you want to deliver study support workshops, but do not have time to prepare lesson plans or gather materials, everything you need is within this pack.
