Evaluation

Pye chartEvaluation involves the gathering, analysis and discussion of evidence from relevant sources about the quality, worth and impact of activity or intervention.

Aimhigher Kent and Medway evaluates the effect of intervention on student outcomes such as progression and achievement, using a mix of quantitative and qualitative data collected from a variety of sources, such as students, teachers, Aimhigher Learning Mentors, Aimhigher Further Education Co-ordinators, Head Teachers and education staff. This evidence is presented to stakeholders and funders through reports, at conferences and seminars and more formally in the Annual Evaluation Report to HEFCE.
