Life as a Student
This page provides useful information about life as a student. From here you can find out more about guidance and support, accommodation, health care, safety and security, sport and recreation and socialising. There is also some information specifically for mature students

As a student, you will have lots of opportunity to enjoy your spare time, but you will have different experiences depending on the size and location of the university you choose. Each university has different facilities although most universities have library facilities, social centres, sports facilities and student accommodation. Some universities also have shops, clubs and theatres on campus.
Before applying to a university make sure you find out what the university has to offer. You can do this by ordering a copy (free of charge) of the latest university prospectus or viewing the facilities online at the university's website.
